Answers: i don't think i have to try to be good at what i do i just do what i do best and always put my patients before anything elts..

Both.

I have to say both

I try hard when on the job - and I'm respected for it. Everybody wins.

I'm just there for the money.

both, i just started not too long ago

I'm self-employed,and I'm good at my job,so now,it's all about the Benjamins

Trying to be good but still my boss is really stupid

I always tried to be good at my job because the money would follow along with promotions.
They changed the rules along the way.
Now in order to be promoted you have to be either lazy, stupid, or a boot licker.
It always helped to lick the boots, but the theory behind promoting the incompetent to a supervisory position involves not losing a good worker from the workforce.
That and the fact that the higher-ups only hire stupid people so they (the bosses) look so much smarter than the ones that report to them.

plez... my job and money are not even on the same page. i am trying to be good,.

Used to be both but when I settled in and found the the people I work with are psychotic, I'm just there for the money and looking for a way to get out.

When I was in nursing school, my mentor had a poster in her office that read "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life"

there are some days I really believe that, then there are days I think it's unadulterated BS!

i love my job and beleive me it's not for the money .the money sucks but i love what i do .
