Question: My health teacher was talking about being overweight and how if your overweight you can't down as much. So, how he said it was FAT people can't do much stuff. And, FAT people are so unhealthy, and FAT people eat too much. Your FAT if your overweight. I'm overweight but I'm not fat it's my genes so I got a lot of muscle in my legs. Also he was talking about appearance and he said people are ugly if they wear lip rings,and your nose pierced so I yelled at him cause my brother he isn't gothic but he's into heavy metal so he got lip rings and wear heavy metal t-shirt and stuff and he got his ear pierced 3 times thats it so hes not gothic. Gothic people wear black all the time and gothic boys and girls wear make-up all the time. But, anyways isn't my health teacher mean?

That is the most messed up thing I've ever heard a teacher say. How could he say that? I'm glad that you stood up for your brother. You shouldn't care that you got detention because you did it for someone you love. Talk to your principal about it and take some witnesses who agree on this problem with you AND were actually there to witness it. Good luck & tell me how it turns out.

Yes! I'd hate it if someone, especially a health teacher, said anything like that.
But you should really tell your principal about this. This is his opinion, not fact. Overweight people are not always fat. People with piercings in places that aren't common among others aren't goth and aren't weird. Same with wearing black. He's being a bit prejudice and you should tell someone.
