Question: ...if they are having a "down-er" day (s)...?
Answers: ...if they are having a "down-er" day (s)...?
sometimes all it takes is a listening ear..maybe they will feel better if they speak up & vent out what's bothering them
The shotgun is in the closet near the bathroom.
Compliment them on a good trait that they have.
you rock.
Find an activity to get them involved in, so that they are not focussed on their own emotions/thoughts.
Send flowers,
first find out why theyre down
helps you say the app things
like when their cat dies, you tell them to get another one
I'm sick..so I need the cheering up. =(
Most times there is nothing you can say. "It's going to be ok" is pointless. "Don't worry" is even worse. I've found that sometimes the best thing is simply a hand on the shoulder or a slightly longer handshake is the best way to communicate your concern and care.
I don't know now cause I look up the light is so far away from me.......
I love this quote from a song called Amazing by Aerosmith. It says, "Life's a journey, not a destination. You never know just what tomorrow brings". So basically just hang on, be tough and everything will be better.
Much love to you!! :)
