Why are the Comics in the Sunday paper in color?!

Because the sunday paper costs more, they can afford to put more color into it

you may be reading a different paper cause i know a paper where the comics are color all 7 days, but the real reason is because theyre are more comics printed on sunday along with more frames and some stuff needs color to explain it

It's for a nice change of pace, to make the Sunday paper more fun.
We get half our comics black and white, half color all throughout the week. Then on Sunday they probably expect the most readers so they want their comic to look the best, so they add color.
have you ever heard the expression "sunday best" its kinda thee same thing everything has to be special and eye catching in the sunday paper because it is usually so much thicker than normal papers
they probly cant afford color every day lots of ppl read it on weekends
