Self-appreciation eliminates the need for an ego stroke from others...but I don't mind an occasional ego stroke from others...I'll always bask in that warm glow when it comes my way...
The only thing on this website that strokes my ego is getting best answer...I don't even care about points, or thumbs ups...getting "starred" is cool only in that it "advertises" your question to others and helps get more answers...
