Question: I was at school taking a leak on a wall toilet, or whatever they are called, and some younger guy came to the stall next to me, then when i was about to leave he said " Flows a little slow today........any minute now" then he started making pee sounds (pssssssss) then he asked if i could turn on the sink water so it would help him.... it was the weirdest thing ever

I would take him by the back of his head and flush him :)
I would just think the guy is weird
That is a little weird but some people have trouble going. I would have cut on the water and left out.

I would edge away from him. Maybe turn on the tap and then leg it, and hope I wouldn't see him again. Maybe he was taking the P. Or maybe that's how they do it at his house.

It's called a urinal. I would turn the water on and leave. Some people get stage fright and can't pee when other people are near them. Just be nice...no need to pick on him...I'm sure he's embarrassed enough.
i'd probably think the guy was gay/happy u know and was wanting you to lo0k! lol
maybe he's seen you around and thought he was comfortable enough to share that with you... maybe he has a bladder infection and needs help peeing
