Question: well, the story goes like this. Yesterday my neighbour Jack just sold his Cow. Later that day he came home and i heard his mother screaming at him. At night when i went out to put the garbage into the garbage been, i saw him throwing something out on the front yard. The next morning, i found out a huge bean stalk standing in front of his front yard. It blocking my sun. I told him to cut it down, but he didn't listen. Later the evening he finally cut it down, but the bean stalk fell in front of my yard destroying my fences and yard...should i sue him?

Yes you should sue him!!!! He probably has tons of gold from the giants hoard. Be sure to mention the mental pain and anguish the incident has caused to you and your family!!!! Not to mention that the blockage of sun caused your prize winning dahlia's to wither and die!!! Sue his honky, stalk climbing, goose stealing butt!!!
