When I am like that...I run a hot bubble bath, get some candles, make a drink..light the candles in the bathroom, hit the lights and get in the water and just soak
go swim!!!!
well i fill up the bathtub and lay in it for a couple hours and i dont turn off the faucet cuz the water calms me down
writing, reading, starting a journal
I read most of the time.
Try anything that appeals to you and try it.
reading a book or a walk outside is nice.
you can smoke pot......
i do yoga, pilates, meditation to relax
A nice hot bubble bath does the trick for me every time

try doing something physical like going for a run, or something. I've done this before when I'm stressed and it really helps.

bubble bath with candles for lighting
you need to go to the spa get in a hot tub and get a massauge.
take a chill pill!!
go to a spa and get a head-to-toe massage...i find it relaxing when somebody massages my head and shoulders...
you can even sleep without the worries... and you get to hear relaxing music coz its different from your usual stuff...
but if you dont want to spend for the spa, just ask someone you know to massage your head and shoulders just for a few minutes... a few pressure on some nerves will ease the stress away...

hmm.. this is what i prefer [if i ever had the time] sleep in, stretch your legs across your bed, read a book, ride a bike, walk through your neighborhood, try sum new recipies, call your friends, go to the mall, look @ your old photos, IM till ya drop.. duz that help? ^^
