If my phone fell in the toilet, I'd stand there looking at it crying, not cause it fell in there, but because now I have to somehow get it out of there, touching toilet water freaks me out for real...you should see me cleaning it...UGH

I got a backup list of numbers and a music library(obviously) on my computer.
I'd scoop it out as quick as possible.

a.) get it out of there (the toilet)
b.) see if it still works
c.) (if it doesn't work) get it fixed
d.) and either: throw it away, sell to a scrap mobile phone buyer, or keep it as a keepsake. and i'd probably be mad at myself for being so careless.

Please ,pick it up,then switch it off, then flush it with water.wash well with toilet soap,wash your hands and refresh your self with toilet perfume or deodorant. Remove the battery.
Come out from the toilet and sun-dry it or blow air drier breeze on it. .(Make sure that you do not tell anybody that it fell into the toilet,afterall and normarlly there is every tendency that you will be smelling lightly of one thing or the other after using the toilet). if you can open it ,open it up and dry it also otherwise give it to a repairer to open up and dry the inside for you..
