The same guy who does the voice for Grover does the voice for Yoda, but the only similarity I can see between Kermit the Frog and Yoda is that they both smoke lots of weed.
Jim Henson did the voice for Kermit. Frank Oz has done the voice for Yoda and a number of muppets.
None besides they are both green and fictional. Yoda has better taste in women.

Frank OZ did the voice for Yoda. Frank Oz also did the voice for Fozzie on the muppet show. Kermit the Frog was voiced by Jim Hinson. The voices of those puppets worked together on the muppet show. That is the only relation that I can think of.
