TV in the morning - I watch Saved by the Bell while I am in the shower...I know it is strange, but I like having the no-thinking show on first thing. Then I will ususally check the news.
Radio on in the morning going to work, and radio/cd/mp3's on for the drive home.
Radio is usually on when I get home - sometimes it stays on the entire evening, sometimes, if there is a decent show, or we want to watch a movie, the TV will come on.
