ummm... as an ex navy man (amphibian sailor) you should be ashamed to ask a question like that. Shame on you, there are young people here...
Having said that, it is african lamb grilled over charcoal, sliced very thin, served with lebanese black olive slices, cubed tomato, baby cucumber slices, chopped cilantro and a sauce prepared from labneh, yogurt, lemon juice, crushed garlic and sea salt, wrapped in a chewy, wood oven baked pita... unfortunately only available in very few countries.

It seems like every culture has a sandwich or wrap of some type.
Felafel in a pocket bread, or gyro if you eat meat.
Hero sandwich.
Burrito or other kind of tortilla wrap.
Slice of pizza folded over.
Personally I prefer soup for breakfast (especially on a cold morning).
Ramen, pho soup with rice stick, even just some plain broth to warm me up.
Eggs over easy, or sunny-side up!! Not at all messy...
Sandwich with only meat on it and/or cheese
