No, barring injury, I do not think that anyone can beat the Patriots.

However, this needs to be qualified - Bill Belichick is a man driven by spygate accusations and wants to prove that his team can win on the field without external 'aids' of any kind.
With vastly superior weapons to the teams that won the 3 superbowls, the current team with Moss, Welker and Stallworth and with RBs Falk, Morris, Maroney (also with Evans chipping in), the team looks unstoppable on offense.
Barring any unforseen injury to any of the key receivers, Brady and co are headed for 16-0. The Colts have the best shot in stopping them, as they also have a high powered offense. In a high scoring game, Peyton could possibly overtake Brady and ruin their perfect record. I also think the Jags may have a shot as also the Steelers. However, if the Pats make no grave mistakes, they can win every game, "on any given Sunday". Bill will make sure they do, you can count on that. Look at the way the Pats talked about Miami before the game. They could have laughed at them with their pitiful record but both the coach and the players praised Miami's team and let their game do the talking.
