Poached eggs and toast, glass of fruit juice and several large mugs of black Coffee

A bowl of frosted mini wheats and maybe a pair and a cup of coffee.

i am on my 4th cup of coffee and just having a slice of toast .. :)

half rice crispies mixed with puffed up honey things that are also made of rice! a warming. soothing, delux mug of hot choc made with warm milk.

I had branflakes with a chopped banana, a cup of tea followed by a cup of coffee.

I already had my breakfast Toast with red chilli Chatni

Gotta go and get my Cat done on the car shortly, next door is fast food place! i can feel a cheese burger coming on??

i`ve just had tomatoes on toast (the first of my five a day) i am on my second cup of tea
