sadly, there are some that are starting extremely early on... almost as soon as puberty starts.
Thankfully that is not the norm: most kids actually do wait until about 16-17 believe it or not.
right when they hit puberty. not joking either. I'm a senior in high school and i can tell you that kids get it on as young as 12. there are AT least 3 or 4 pregnant girls at every medium sized highschool.
Well the Smart kids are waiting untill they are mature engh to handle it......... i would say...... mid 20s
