I don't see why that would be too young. My cousin brought her whole 4th grade class from Europe to America.
if i ever have a kid, they will not leave the country at 14 with out me
well i moved to california from germany when i was 6.
we went to florida a lot before that for my dads business trips
but if you mean going alone...then idk. whenever you're ready

i dont think 14 is too young. 14 is the age where lots of kids go to different countries with their schools.
i have friends that went to japan, costa rica, and france with their schools at age 14, even a couple of 13 year olds.
I don't know. As long as you have supervision I guess it is OK.
