When they go wherever he should compliment her in some way that makes her feel beautiful..but just one compliment. Most girls don't want a guy telling them they are beautiful over and over...but we all love to hear it. So don't go over board..

u should definitly tell her! u'l prob find out that she has a crush on u to..it always happens..the only advice i can giv u from a gals point of veiw is to learn how to..a gal likes a guy that is not afraid to open up to her!
my advice is to be a little more shameless. you don't want to seem cheesy or desperate but if you're a fairly decent lookin bloke and this woman is within your league as far as appearance and social status, there's no reason for you to hold back about finding her attractive.
