I clench my fists until my knuckles crack.
Oh i almost forgot i grind my teeth as well.
Biting my nails, or my lip.
I fidget, especially with my hands in the same manner as that of a squirrel (my ex boyfriend used to ridicule me and call me a squirrel!). :(
Nail biting. And sometimes I find myself sticking my tongue into the gap between my front tooth and the one next to it. Sounds weird I know.
I tap my foot incessantly.
