No, I think at 16 & 17,
they are old enough to know right from wrong.
I have a list of sites
that I would rather they not visit,
it is only a suggestion.
They have to grow up sometime
and you need to cut the apron strings
or at least let the little ones try out their wings.
You can't protect them from everything out there.
And you remember what it was like,
when you were 16 and 17.
I know I never wanted to grow up
to be that kind of a parent.
I learned that I either trust them
to do what is right or I don't.
