Is it just me, or does anybody else get annoyed when your answer gets thumbsed-d!
Question: It annoys the crud out of me. i thought the point of it was to indicate if someone did not respond to the question but instead gave a non-response ("i dunno") or sarcasm ("that's a stupid question") or the like - not to judge a response which is fairly subjective on half these categories/questions.

i ignore the thumbs down. i dont care if people give me thumbs down. i know that i tried hard enough to answer the question and if thats not good enough for the viewers, at least that will teach them something. what gets me mad is that people think its funny when they give really good answers thumbs down cause that leads the person who answered the question into a bad position. i really dont think people should do that. otherwise, if they think the answer is not good enough, then im okay with that. but, if it's just for fun and if u don't like that person, im not okay with it. it's just plain unneccessary and mean. i went through that and im used to it. nobody is really gonna make me feel bad about my answers because i like my answers and i know i deserve what i get.
I think, "Do they not know how great I am?"

I have stopped noticing. I just do not care, I am here for fun and I wont let anyone ruin it for me.

all my answers get thumbs down from my enemies .and thumbs up from those who agree with me .
ignore it,,,,theres loads of ppl who love the thumbs down..sad but true as long as you know your answer was ok dont worry about wat other people think.xx
Yes, it gets irritating. Sometimes people give you a thumbs-down for sharing your opinion because they disagree with you, even if your opinion was something like "Yeah, I love the color purple!"
The good thing is you cant give a thumbs-down unless you have a certain amount of points. Can you imagine what the trolls would do if they could give thumbs-downs no matter how many points they have?
Ooh, but imagine if you lost points for getting thumbs-downs. I would be so mad...
Finnaly someone who gets it. Like if someone dosen't like who they chose for this answer like if the question is " Do you like Brittney Spears" and everyone says no but one person says yes they atomaticly give that person a thumbs down. It is rude!

Sometimes I get annoyed, but I understand. Don't you ever give answers that will obviously be what someone else disagrees with? I don't like it when I get a thumbs down for a neutral answer. But I do give out thumbs downs if I think they're just being ignorant or trying to get points.
Yeah, I get offended. Especially if the asker asked for opinions...I would give a long, thought out answer and I get thumbs down...whatever

The thumbs down blocks the answer from the answerer seeing that answer so just think of it as someone having acute sensitivity. It's their loss so don't let someone ruin your good time. o.k.
i've never really paid attention to the whole"thumbs up/thumbs down" thing ... but even if i did get a thumbs down it wouldn't really bother me. it's nothing personal or anything.
Sometimes I do. But most of the time I just ignore it. Some people just like to give thumbs down to be mean.

The thing is..you don't know who gave you the TD!! It could be the asker...or it could be people who HATE your answer...\
**OR** It could be people who LOVE your answer and are sorry they couldn't have thought of it first!!
I prefer to think that all of my TD come from the this 3rd catagory..haha!!
