Yes I did. I wanted to teach and that's what I did for nearly 30 years - in special ed.
Now I'm a part-time special support assistant - less planning and paperwork than teaching and stress-free, but stilll very rewarding.
I did, it took me until I was 32 to get my dream job as a PA, unfortunately I had a serious accident 4 years later and had to give it up, at least I got to do it though.
Ive always wanted to be a writer and now Ive just won an award for my poetry and had an offer for my work, so you could say yes :-)

no. I can't remember what I wanted to do, but I know it wasn't wiping backsides for a living. As a care assistant in an old peoples home that's what I ended up doing
