*Window shop! Don't go inside the store! Shop only from outside the store & you will have your problem solved! Not near as much fun but problem solved!
don't go to shops unless you want something, and don't take a lot of money with you , and no credit cards.
Leave your money at home or in the car.
Talk your self out of it.
Give it 2days if you are still thinking about the item 2days later go get it, If not ...
Make a list of goals you want to accomplish w/ your money and place it in your wallet. Everytime you get ready to spend you will see it and say "Hey is this worth my dreams and goals?"
Stop going to the mall. Stay home!

Get a boyfriend - That might work in more than one way!
dont bring as much money, bring only the money you need for what you came for.
