I have had the same problem. They have been crying that they have thousands of unresolved questions and I have been trying to do my part. I vote on a question and the next one that comes up is resolved or has no answers to pick. Very frustrating!

Seems to be working I just rated the First answer you have.
It's been like that for several days. I go to vote on best answer and then click on show me another and it gives me a resolved question. Just keep back spacing and vote that way. It's a little bit more trouble but it's hard to tell when Yahoo will address the problem.
