Wow all great shows! I LOVE the Golden Girls though! They are just so funny especially Rose! I like Cosby Show as well. It was funniest in the 80s. Roseanne is also good too! Its too hard to pick just one! =D

I would go with the show Roseanne. That show is really funny but can just be stupid at times. But still I love that show.

If I have to answer from the list provided then it's Cosby Show if I wanted a family sitcom and Roseann if I am in a white trash mood.
Otherwise I choose Cheers as the best sit com.

Of the shows you listed, Perfect Strangers was by far and away the best of the bunch. The comedic timing on that show was fantastic. Prior to that show, there were a lot comedy duos that had the right stuff, Gleason and Carney, Abbot and Costello, Williams and Dawber, to name a few. However, Larry and Balki had great timing on all fronts. From punchlines to slapstick, it was a great show.
