What do you do when someone gets on your absolutely last nerve?!

I do my best to walk away and cool down.
I usually don't say anything and try to get away from them as fast as possible.
I let them know.

Count to 10, go for a walk, go to sleep. anything to not start fighting :)

i yell at them and give them "the look" (you don't want to see my face when i give "the look"!)
if i'm on the phone, i hang up. if i'm face to face, i tell them they're getting on my nerves. then go do something else.

Kill them. Cut them into pieces. Bury them in the desert.
Generally i will tell them. Better then them continuing to do it. either that or just say bye
I don't let anyone reach my nerves. If they get to my heart and cause me pain---it comes back to them ten fold.
Get away from them for a while. Take a break. Too much time around someone can cause tension. Then, once relaxed, maybe confront them about what it is that they do that gets on your "last nerve."
give them a stare and walk away after saying "dont call me i'll call you, if you do call i'll make sure you regret it"
If i'm calm enough, i'll scream and yell abuse. If i can't..i get physical
It depends on if you are short tempered or not. Or you can give the person a piece of your mind

you tell them to leave you alone, i dont like you. they might cry and make you feel bad, but in the long run, you will be happy

I leave Yahoo answers, and I don't mean you, just the ignorant people who refuse to believe things that aren't what they believe in.
It's a rare occasion for that to happen. It's not anything that even happens once a year, but maybe once every 5 to 10 years. I'm not proud of it, but historically, what I do is react with violence.
However, the last time somebody got on my absolute last nerve was by maliciously spitting a mouthful of chewed spaghetti in my face.
Usually I walk away before somebody gets to my absolute last nerve. I may even have matured enough to avoid letting that happen ever again.
i try to cool down, but sometimes i can't help but yell in frustration.
I laugh at them and tell them to go back to listening to limpbaugh!
