How Do You Like Your Chicken Done?!
Question: We have a Showtime rotisserie (Just Set it, and Forget It!). I like to rub a whole fryer with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, basil, celery salt and put in rotisserie until chicken is done and tender, skin is brown and crispy. Yummy!
I make a mean fried chicken, but I am trying to get away from the fried foods more often.

top on my list is fried, then BBQ'd, Curried, and dumplinged... just to name a few
I love frying a breast in a pan with seasonings and putting it on a bulkie roll with some good cheese.
I also had a great pulled chicken salad sandwich this summer, great smokey flavor with celery and cut grapes in the salad.
