In America? No, the trains in America are very well taken care of. And most passenger trains have dining carts, which usually serves alcohol. You should be able to bring your own champagne with you though.

I think most trains might sell champagne in the cars. Inquire at the ticket office or phone first. Sounds like a commercial.
