Normally they don't, unless you don't like certain fragrances of the ones you've been in. Ask if they use a potpouri or air fragrance. Some people spray wierd things to make it have a smell. Most of them are actually bad for you to inhale.

I lived in a sorority house for 3 years in college and had to share a bathroom with 5 other girls. It was horrible. I've never had a filthier bathroom. If anyone thinks that girls are neater and cleaner than guys when it comes to the bathroom is seriously mistaken. That point was reiterated when I lived with a roommate. She never cared about taking care of the bathroom at all. Long story short....girls and clean bathrooms don't mix.
