Answers: They distribute the weight brilliantly. With a rucksack and mountain bike one can do almost allsorts!!! IT is great excercise as well . No wonder people are so obese, they never do any excersise!!!. They jump into thier car .... falll out of their car ... go into work....sit on heir arses all day... fall back into their car ...go home and sit on the sofa all night .....go to bed... etc....... they make me puke!!!

Lol why should I be carring a damm Rucksack on me back,as a chef I get enough exersise running around the kitchen,and when I finish work I do want to put me feet up seeing I'm on my feet alday,thanks very much.xxxxxx

Rucksacks are really wonderful.......unless you trying to go to work on the Victoria Line tube in rush hour and you are surrounded by back packing tourists going to Victoria Station. You either trip over rucksacks on the floor or get beaten to death by the ones still on people's backs when they turn around trying to see which station they are at..

Yes i have just bought one, I have started to do a lot of walking ,
They are brilliant because they leave my hands free
