Is there a pattern of behavior that you have that you really hate, but can't!


Question: ya i want to quite smoking and i want to not be so uptight.. i stress out to much.. like if i am driving down the road and someone cuts in front of me road rage... if i go to the store and there is only 2 checkout people.. i want to get a manger to come and tell me why.. and if someone get into the 20 item lane with 22 items i right there in there face.. i want to stop the stressing out.. i want to quite smoking i want to have a quite and peaceful life.. any ideas on how...

Yes!!! It's when I become withdrawn and don't want to be around anyone or even talk on the phone.
Procrastination. But I plan to seriously tackle it tomorrow.
Yeah, I'm always late. Its seems that lately I've been late going everywhere no matter how early I got up and prepared for it....strange. Other than that, I wish I could stop being as unorganized as I am. lol
