I don't really suck blood, that's for vampires. But they say if you lick a small cut that the saliva will help it heal and keep it from getting infected. Animal do that all the time for just those reasons.

No I get a clean cloth and put pressure on the area to stop the bleeding, then I clean and bandage the area.
even if i ever start cutting myself(which i've thought of before) the thought of sucking my own blood have never came across my mind!!!
