One hoagie split open
One inch each of ham, turkey, roast beef
A generous layer of swiss and cheddar cheeses
Mayo, Grey Poupon, tomato, avacado, and one pickled habernero pepper
Place open faced under grill until cheese is melted (swiss should be on one side, cheddar on the other, covering the meat
Serve up with one or more bottles of Pilsner Urquell, and that's my idea of a hot lunch.
