Do you ever ask yourself - Why did I even bother today? I should have just staye!

Question: I think it is time to either ask for a huge raise for my troubles or find a new job.

Answers: I think it is time to either ask for a huge raise for my troubles or find a new job.
Honey, I thought that exact same thing this morning. Within an hour of being at work, I had THREE people insult my intelligence!

#1.)
Me: Hey, do you have any paper clips I could borrow real quick? We're out of them in the supply room.
Co-Worker: Oh, really? You should tell [the boss] about that so she can order more.
Me [thinking]: Naw! REALLY? Duh!!!

#2.)
Me: Hey, we're out of paper clips. Could you please order some more?
Boss: Are you sure? There were some in the supply room when I checked a few weeks ago.
Me [thinking; and after having turned the supply room upside down looking for paper clips]: JUST ORDER THE DAMN THINGS!

#3.)
Me: Hi, we had some reports that didn't print out this morning and I was wondering if you could check on that for me.
Help Desk [matter-of-factly]: Did you try re-printing them?
Me [thinking]: What....... The....... F*CK?!?!?!?
Wow, that is the story of my life...Especially today since it's my lil ones 4th birthday and I am stuck at work with basically nothing to do (plus my bf is off today) and I could be spending my time with them instead...*sigh*...only six more hours of hell....
Many many times in my life ..... I know the feeling
hi oh dear that bad is it talk to Aunty Tam yes I do not so much though since we moved
Ug, yes. I actually started the big P today... After what seems like weeks of torture... And so ofcourse, the misery climaxed as I awoke... uck...
I ask myself this every morning when I have to get up at 5.15am to go to work each day, but once I'm at work I quite like it really I work with some really nice people..
