I don't know that would apologize...my "friends" understand what I say and what & how I mean what I say, so there generally isn't any problem.

Most of them also understand that how they react (to anything) is a choice they make...and they choose not to "get upset" with me.

i think sorry's are soooooo fake. i just don't put much respect into a simple, "i'm sorry" this just doesn't hold any solidity for me.

i do think that you should be as honest as you can possibley be. the more detail you can put into expressing to her or him what you did wrong, say's a whole lot. it shows the person that you put a lot of thought into feeling bad for what you did. it shows her that you have taken on full responsibility for what you did and that it's coming from your heart.

tell her (if it is a girl) that you really miss your friendship with her and can we please talk again.

this to me is a full responsible confession of truelly wanting to be friends' no one can deny this kind of sorry.
