That sound from paper napkins, nails on a chalkboard, when my hands are dry and I touch something dry esp paper napkins. When I'm hot... all of these things actually just make my back muscles tighten up in my lower back to a stressful state. Quite annoying. Napkins also make my teeth feel wierd along with the back thing... I don't even have to be touching them, just the sound alone makes me go crazy.
