Australia is the way they do it every where else get the family together and eat food, open pressies and talk, though my family might be a bit diffrent. I dont think most familys have silly raffles, last time i got some toilet paper, old sandles and a lemon.

in England - i light a fire in the back garden and dance around it in my briefs - just saying hi oh hi ho hi ho hi ho whilst clapping my hands and moving round the fire

In England we celebrate it by getting really drunk and eating loads while watching repeats on TV.

in england we buy presents we cant really afford, we buy a years food for one day and them drink ourselfs silly!!

In the UK we spend to much money, get into debt, fight with our family, eat loads of food then slob about on the setee all afternoon getting drunk and feeling full :))

In Australia they have barbecues, in parts of Europe they celebrate Christmas the day before we do.

I usually go to my mother for Christmas dinner and spend the evening with family and friends before returning home.

In Germany we get our Presents on Christmas Eve,.We eat Potatoe salad and Wiener Sausages on Christmas Eve.

On the first and second Chrismas day we visit our Relations or they visit us .But the best time is the time before Christmas.We go to the Christmas Market then,and drink Malt Wine(Glühwein)and eat Sausages(Bratwurst.)
I cant wait.

Just with family members. Some relations abroad come to visit for a week or so as well.

in our house, everyone buys presents for eachother, and on xmas day we exchange them, have a big meal as a family, and then we have a party at night, its lots of fun i love christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
