NEVER EVER turn back and go the way you came, that is admitting defeat... :P

I usually have to figure out how to turn the car on first cause i only go out at night if i get lost I just go to sleep till sun up lol then I usualy find out im still infront of the house

I used to back track when I got lost. Now I use Mapquest and my Thomas Street Guide.

I keep going and try to find some signs to guide me back to where I know where I am going. If there are no signs and I have been driving a long way and still don't know where I am I will ask for directions.

I get scared and pull over. Then I try to find a gas station.

Woohoo! I don't have that problem anymore. My new car as a GPS Navigation's system. Before I used to pester everybody on the phone asking for help. If you turn me around on a chair I would get lost...so, this really works for me!

Stop and ask someone or look on the map with a puzzled expression whilst trying to appear intelligent! It aint easy in my case.

i don't get lost...it only happens when im busy and driving...i pull over and continue with what caught my attention.....then maybe my head will clear..
