Yes I do. Otherwise I would never have any time to laugh. I almost always consider myself to be in at least a little bit of danger. :)

Depends on the danger. In most cases, the perceived danger isn't so bad. Fear cripples and leads to poor decisions if any are made at all.
Laughter helps to put the situation in perspective. i.e. "Haha! I can't believe we got ourselves into this mess, lets see if we can't finagle our way out somehow, shall we?" If the danger is a conflict with another person, laughter may just throw off the opposition enough to allow you to make your move more effectively or to make your escape as necessary based on the level of danger.
As for me.. I don't laugh so much.. It's more of a snicker and a smirk.
