Question: Never, but I know several people who do. It's just one of those things that needs to be pointed out in order to be under control. If someone is using the phrase excessively and you find it annoying and repetitive, it won't hurt them for you to point it out. Just make sure your timing is right and that they've already said what they needed to say.

Never, I hate that phrase... my sister in law is from CA and lives in Vegas and she says it ALL THE TIME and I swear she sounds like a dumb blonde surfer dude when she says it. (Well what am I saying, I'm blonde too, but I'm from Texas and don't sound like a surfer).
