I only ever call when it is an emergency, I try not to call as my hubby works in a very busy kitchen and they don't take kindly to calls with no purpose.

yes i call, but then i have a real converstation afterwards. I just wait like 5 minutes then tell the person I called so I don't look like a stalker. But if they don't answer, i hang up.

I call just to hear his voice often. On days that I am feeling anti-social his voice is the only one that doesn't annoy me.
