we seem to have the same troubles as you. Either there is no toilet paper or no hand soap.
A reason to retire from there.
tissues and band aids
Everything they don't =P{
24/7 food oppurtunities , I work in an E.R.
Calendars. And pretty soon healthcare.
Well I think they should put a bed in the board room so I can take a nap. Hey, naps are important.
A vacation every four months.
A 401K.
They also "expect" me to wear a suit, but I have to pay for the suits myself.
I think they should provide a clothing allowance.
I stay at home with my son so my work doesn't provide a boss.
Well my current job is incredible... the other day I moaned that my chair creaked so they bought me a brand new orthopedic one!

Saying that though... the can machine downstairs could be free.
girlfriendas
They should have some open deli for employees lol. There is always some day we just don't have something to eat.
job security.
an employment. i have been trying to get hired for my first job for god-knows-how-long, and still no answer. (yes, first job means im in hs still)
Free Child Care, Gym/Fitness Center, or parking. . .

However, we do have coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a lacation room, a break room, fridge, microwave, and a bi-weekly paycheck for our services.
I have heard of companies offering day care services, and spas on site for workers to relax during breaks and lunches. I think if my job offered that I would like it more. I think companies should do more to help parents with children, not just the dependent care expense account but services on site would be good.
more money =)
@Seeker...that pic is just too funny! Expresso machine and refrigerators , so that you can bring your lunches.
I wish large employers provided secure office paper recycling for employee's home waste, like junk mail and outdated records and receipts. By secure, I mean the stuff with my name on it goes thru a shredder, not just into a bin.

One hospital I worked for provided a grocery and meal service. You get bread, milk, eggs, and family size portions of prepared foods from the cafeteria. You paid of course, but the prices were less than the convenience store or Boston Chicken.
my school is just cheap. i don't need to tell you about it.
Italin Diner,Mall of america,
Movie theatre, Cheese, Limos,
Business trips to Florida,
do you want me to go on?
How about enough staff...and staff that actually CARES about the people they are taking care of rather than when their next cigarette break is.
