well let's start with the big, fat, thick wall I build upon myself from the world & people..
I have no idea how anybody can get through but I tend to use it for safe measures..

I really want to take it down & there are days when I really am about it.but then it gets put back up..

then there is the little guard who stands by my heart 24/7..you know..just in case..

Interesting question. I do build up walls to insulate and isolate myself. In actuality that is by working night shift and turning off my phone during the day... both make me feel safe in a cocoon.

I don't have any... I feel the safest way to feel secure is to live out in the open .... people think .... hmmmm he must be hiding something.
