What is the first thing you notice about a stranger?!

Question: There is this man up town who walks every where he goes. I noticed that he used to be a big man, but now has lost allot of weight. Now every time I see him all I can notice is that he is still wearing his 'fat' clothes. My dentist mentioned him to me the other day and stated "I talked to him at the store and he doesn't have a tooth in his head."
Later I thought, the dentist noticed his teeth - well, because thats' what he notices on a person. I noticed his clothes because clothes are important to me. So what do you notice the most?

Well I look at their mouth first. You can look at a persons eyes and gauge what type of person they are but most people hide this very well.

Ever since chilhood I looked at peoples mouth to tell me about them and it has never failed me yet.You can tell someone who smiles alot and overall have a happy, nice personality by the way their mouth is and the lines around it when they are not aware of you looking at them.

People who are grumpy tend to have a mouth that droops.[And sinister ones have thin straight lips, lol.Nah I am jus kidding with that one,I look at to much movies.]

I dont know if I explained myself but this has helped me alot when I meet different people.Look at their mouth when they have their guards down and you will see what I have been talking about.

Have a great day and smile :)
there eyes and the way they behave
Eyes, I'm really into eyes because I try to figure out what going on with a perosn through their eyes.
Their face.
I notice if they are hot.
I notice clothes...it's so shallow, but I do!

If someone is dressed really strangely or outlandishly, it really jumps out at me. If they're just dressed ordinarily, I don't really notice them.
I always notice the eyes first, If they are scary or nice . ?j
Ditto to Pinky's answer.? I look at their eyes and their body language to see if they feel threatened or are threatening.? I almost always smile at people and that makes a world of difference.
His eyes...I can read a person through their eyes. I have a certain ESP, regarding people.
i look at the hands first.it tells alot about a person.
whether they are clean shaven or not
same as you..i notice their clothes first...
their face for most of the time.
Eyebrows. I can't stand someone with a unibrow.

It really bugs me. hehehe. Or facial hair on women.
well u r asking about a he stranger so it has to be his *** .i always look out for a nice tight gripping one :) lol
I notice first their hair. If they take care of themselves at all they will comb their hair nicely. Also the hairstyle is an indicator of their personality (someone sporting a mohawk is a lot different from someone rocking a mullet or chili-bowl). Then after that I look to see their facial expression (smiling or upset?) for indicators of their mood. And lastly if they're female, you have to take a quick look at the goodies! haha sorry just being honest.
If Jimmy says:

then what is his reason for wearing sunglasses?

They are:

A) magic sunglasses that allow him to read peoples thoughts?
B) He is certain that others will be able to read his mind and covers his eyes so as to not transmit mind signals
or C) he just came from the optometrist office and has them dilated?
Other:
I always notice the "overall persona" like are they clean & do they carry themself well. I do notice clothing too, but it's that 1st overall impression...Well groomed or "skanky" then I guess I sort of "skim" over the details. I think that if there were 2 people in a store both wearing windpants & a sweatshirt, you'd still be able to tell which one actually dresses like that & which one is just "haveing a lazy day" just by the way they are standing there.
