Question: I'd like to find just about ANYTHING on ebay, and not buy it, but just pay for the shipping and handling. Maybe like for $5.95 for JUST the S&H.
Then, when someone buys something REALLY BIG, like a SHIP, sell them MY shipping and handling (that i bought for $5.95) for maybe a couple of $1000. They'd save a ton of money and I would pocket the profit!

Why not, you can buy coupons on line. So I don't see why you can't buy shipping....
