What do you do when someone does not respect your wishes?
Answers: That happens a lot with me. People don't take me seriously. I get mad and I let them know they have pissed me off. I hate when that happens. I have lost friends that think they can take me for granted or not respect what I want.
I am too old to put up with anyone who will disregard my feelings or opinion. I make sure that they're aware of it by talking to them. Wipe out their civilization. Neutralize them! I let them know how they have failed me. Then I never allow them into a position where they can fail me again. pout ????? lol... I would quit being around someone that didn't have enough respect for me to not respect my wishes!! i spank em Depends on what my wishes are...if they don't compromise me it's OK. I realize that we cannot always agree and that my wishes must not be the "law of the land" all the time. It really depends. If you are a parent you discipline. If you are a woman and he's a
man you wait and plan.

That would depend.
I'd probably get even if it was important or shrug it off if it was minor. I have never tried to impose my wishes on someone else, especially some one I care about. I might point out something which I consider to be detrimental to a person and say something like:" I wish you would stop smoking". If after presenting facts that smoking is a killer , and that person wants to continue using tobacco products,and there is nothing I can do or say to alter that individuals course, I will reluctantly respect his/her wishes. and drop the subject.
