I'd name my daughter Amy or Jennifer. Lol... Wooooow!!! It's an OK name... not really original. thats cute Nope. i think its a nice but not with that saying absolutely not. Sounds like the mother was high or something... no lol. i would name my daughter faith though, so he could say "i have a date with faith".. Very cute, but no!!!
I had a student who's name was Destiny and she drove me nuts!! thats funny, but i wouldnt name her for that specific reason no. thats a horrible pick up line, and im not a fan of names that have to do with other things, like star, destiny, heaven, ect. Its nice, but seems to be an Ethnic name. love Jo xx i wouldent name my daughter that but that would be neat for a guy to be able to say that That's the last name I would pick for my daughter. I'd sooner name her funqueeta (pronounced fun-KWEEDA) or Fart Shack Spears. I used to work with a girl named Destiny. Know a Felicity, Hope and Faith. Sure does make it interesting My friend named her daughter Destiny Dawn. She was single and said she didn't know what the future would hold for them. But, I doubt if someone named her daughter that thinking of prom night. nooo id name her Aria I know a little girl called Destiny. She is my son's half sister. No, I wouldn't; but it seems lots of people have done so. Either that or when they found out they were pregnant, they said "It must be Destiny!"
(I prefer that to "It's only a Rumor") I dont think its really the right reason to name a daughter, if you like the name and you think it suits her, then there is no problem at all. Its a nice name and Im sure it will work out :) I would just to hear...

I wouldn't name someone that, but if I were into girls, I'd look for one named Destiny to take out on one date just to say it. Please don't ever reproduce. Stipper, drag queen, prostitute. That's what comes to mind. I actually know a girl who has this name (honest to God), she gets nothing but grief. No I don't really like the name. not just for that reason but I do think its a pretty name! the idea is nice, to give your child a unique name. but you never know... what if she decieds not to go to prom, or what if she doesn't have a date to prom or what if when she will be old enough to go to prom there will be no prom. But use destiny as a middle name for your daughter 2 of my friends have named their daughters Destiny and Destinee in the last 5 years ... i personally wouldn't name my daughter Destiny , Not that i can talk though since my name is Harmonie lol No. Cute maybe on a baby and young woman, but not for a mature woman. Just my opinion, but it sounds like a stripper. Or a type of perfume.
