No, my mom's the same way....only she's worse, she could be dieing and she would only take (at the most) two days off and still feel bad about it! Nothing is wrong with you, you must either really like your job, or feel that you need to be there for whatever reason?
Yeah I agree with another person, you didn't give us enough information to go on. I'd suggest you go to the doctor. If you've already been to the doc, go again, but this time make sure that they give you a full examination, including your mental state. Sometimes depression can cause us to feel physically sick, and you could be depressed and not even realize it. It could be a number of things, and remember if you're not impressed with what your physician tells you, you can always get a second opinion.
