Could someone, anyone, PLEASE do me a huge FAVOR?
and send me an e-mail via my Q&A profile? it SEEMS I am not receiving mails from my contacts, and I'd like to verify this. Just send me one saying "hey", or something, then as part of your answer confirm that you have done so.
Also, IF you can advise me what the nature of the problem might be I'd be eternally grateful.

BLESS YOU! @-]- They are probably coming in a spam and you need to lower your security settings. Contact your help person from your provider to help you. ok. I'll try. Hey I e-mail you. If you don't get it, it said sorry that u where having trouble with your e-mail. I sent you an email hun. I don't know what the problem could be though sorry. Well, mine sent just fine..hopefully you get it.. Okay. I sent an email. It said "Email sent successfully". Look for it later. The server may be out-of-service or back-logged. There were Internet issues recently. A mail program sent out 2.x million emails per person (?) and crashed a lot of servers recently. Done!!

I think the problem is that you are expecting mail from your contacts.
If I'm right, Why don't you start the conversation ??
Also don't expect an immediate answer. People want to get to you, but many are busy with other things that take top priority. You must understand that & be patient.
