Does anyone else enjoy the endorphin rush of regular aerobic exercise?
I think I am addicted to my am workout!
Answers: Oh yeah. If I don't run in the morning, I'm depressed all day long. If people knew how good you feel after a workout, there would be no obesity in America. I like cardiovascular exercises better;) I prefer the rush of an enormous coffee and 2 cigarettes to wash it down Ever since I started to try therapeutic yoga, I cannot seem to live without that. I've been doing aerobics for years now, and I have yet to feel anything like a 'rush'. I think it's just a figment of people's imaginations - - like 'The Emperor's New Clothes' !
But, if you are enjoying your workout . . . good for you !
(Ummm . . . and what is Jasmine talking about? Aerobics ARE cardiovascular exercises !)
