ballroom dance. I love to go once a week and dance with a lot of "more mature" ladies at a nursing home since they have trouble getting partners. Advice, learn to do this and volunteer your time. Their smiles make it worth the effort.

:) i learned how to do the fox trot in 6th grade lol No I don't, never had the opportunity. But I think it's really sweet that you spend your time making the elders happy. Its always important to volunteer in the community...
I volunteer at a local non-profit Theatre... Ask them to teach you!
Old ladies love when THEY can teach a younger generation something instead of the other way around. Like being taught how to use a compuer, cell phone, ipod, etc. Trust me, they'll love taeching you as much as you'll love dancing. I know a little bit. I ran into a professional dance instructor at a social swing dance and he taught me a few steps. no. i can't dance for the life of me not really.. but i know how to do the waltz.. its such a pretty and flowing dance. i admire you alot for doing that to take ur time to do that is quite an accomplishment and u should definetley be appluaded for that..now u made me feel bad for not doing volunteering to do something neat as that no i have no rhythm!

its so nice of you! you are so sweet, I worked in a nursing home and that kind of thing was exactly what was needed. Someone to come in, who didn't work there just to spend time with them. Have a star.
